Stacey Verge

Executive Director

Stacey has been the Executive Director at Acord since 2014.  Prior to working at Acord, she volunteered for many community organizations, youth sports, boards and school groups.  She currently serves as a board member for the Town of Hamilton’s Council on Aging and is a member of Project Bread’s Community Partner Advisory Group. Stacey and her family lived in Hamilton for 14 years before moving to Beverly.

Michelle Horgan

Operations Manager

Michelle has been a resident of Hamilton for over twenty-five years with her husband Dan and their four children.  She has actively volunteered in the schools, youth sports, her church, and local governing boards. She has been part of Acord’s team since 2016 serving as the Volunteer Coordinator.  When she is not at Acord, you can find her running in the woods or cycling the roads of the North Shore.

 
 

Ali Haydock

Marketing, Fundraising, and Outreach Coordinator

Ali joined the Acord Food Pantry Team in 2024, as the Marketing, Fundraising, and Outreach Coordinator. Prior to Acord, Ali worked as the Director of North Shore Children’s Museum and in development at Citizens Inn, Mass General, and Harvard. When not at Acord, Ali enjoys teaching exercise, reading, and spending time with her kids.

Kristin joined the Acord Food Pantry Team as an employee in 2026, and has experience with several nonprofit organizations, most recently Our Neighbors Table.

 
 

Chris Petrou

Mobile Mart Coordinator

Chris joined the Acord Food Pantry Team in 2022, as the Mobile Mart Coordinator.  She has been a Wenham resident for nearly 30 years, raising her two sons, and working for the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District. Chris worked as the secretary of Buker Elementary School in Wenham for many years and was a major part of the community. Chris has been enjoying retirement with her senior dog, Jim.
